panzanella


quick spring lunch

panzanella

day old baguette
chopped purple onion
chopped tomato
chopped cucumber
sliced green olives
chopped fresh basil
salt & pepper
olive oil
red wine vinegar

with some
sliced fresh pineapple
on the side,
and it almost feels like spring!
